溴系阻燃剂阻燃ABS的制备及电性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了十溴二苯醚(DBDPO)、四溴双酚A双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚(TBAB)及其复配对ABS阻燃性能及电性能的影响。结果表明,DBDPO与TBAB对ABS的阻燃有协同作用,在DBDPO与TBAB总用量固定为15%的条件下,两者的质量比为2:1时,氧指数达到最大值,为32.4。DBDPO及TBAB对ABS电性能均有一定损害,使ABS的电绝缘性能及电气强度降低、介电常数及介电损耗因数增加。 The effect of decabromodiphenyl oxide (DBDPO), tetrabrombisphenol A dis(2,3 - dibromopyl) ether (TBAB) and their blend on the flame retardancy and electric properties of flame retardant ABS was studied. The total content of DBDPO, TBAB and their blend in the flame retardant ABS was fixed at 15wt% . It was found that DBDPO and TBAB have synergistic effect for the flame retardancy of ABS. When the weight ratio of DBDPO and TBAB is 2:1, the OI value of flame retardant ABS as high as 32.4 is obtained. DBDPO and TBAB damage the electric properties of flame retardant ABS, which reduce the electric insulting properties and electric strength, and increase the dielectric constant and the dielectric dissipation factor.
