合并膝关节脱位的胫骨内侧平台骨折4种内固定方法的生物力学性能静态有限元分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的对合并膝关节脱位的胫骨内侧平台骨折的4种内固定方法进行生物力学性能静态有限元分析比较,希望为临床选择提供参考。方法采用CT扫描技术,通过对Synbone人工骨结构的扫描,利用MIMICS软件重建胫骨近端的三维有限元模型,在此基础上制备骨折脱位型胫骨平台骨折4种内固定方法〔内侧双钢板(MDP),双侧双钢板(BDP),外侧锁定钢板+拉力螺钉(LLP),内侧T型单钢板+拉力螺钉(MSP)〕的三维有限元模型,最后用ANSYS软件进行力学数据分析。结果4种固定方法的最大应力值在500、1000、1500N3个垂直载荷强度下均依次为LLP>MSP>BDP>MDP,LLP固定的最大应力值是其他3种固定方法的2.8～6.3倍。结论MDP固定后的应力最小,其后依次为BDP与MSP,而LLP固定的应力最高。
