摘要
针对太钢二炼钢(新区)1235×200(mm)断面的连铸结晶器,在现用的梯形水口下,研究了不同拉速下的水口插入深度对结晶器内钢液流动的影响,提出了最佳的水口插入深度,取得了较好的现场应用效果。
In terms of the trapezoidal nozzle of the continuous casting mold with a cross-section of 1235×200 in the 2nd steel making plant of TISCO, the dependence of molten steel flowing in mould on the nozzle depth of submersion at various casting speeds was investigated in this paper, and the optimized nozzle depth of submersion was proposed. Good effect of that theory was obtained in practice.
