摘要
主要对马钢CSP薄板坯结晶器内钢液流场进行数值模拟,深入研究不同的水口插入深度与拉坯速度对流场的影响,实现稳定和提高铸坯质量的目的。
The thesis researches mainly on flow numerical simulation of funnel- shaped mould of CSP caster in Masteel. It studies that various nozzle insertion depth and the casting speed influence the flow in depth, which can stabilize and improve the slab quality.
