摘要
目的:观察莫匹罗星软膏对寻常型痤疮的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:以随机、自身对照的方法,选择50例寻常型痤疮患者配对的靶皮损,应用莫匹罗星软膏外搽,并以5%硫磺霜作对照。结果:莫匹罗星软膏对寻常型痤疮的临床疗效与5%硫磺霜相当,且无明显不良反应发生。结论:莫匹罗星软膏是治疗轻、中度寻常型痤疮安全有效的外用药。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of mupirocin ointment and to observe ADR of mupirocin ointment in the treatment of acne vulgaris. METHODS Randomization and self-control were adopted. Didymous eruption of fifty acne vulgaris were respectively accepted with mupirocin and 5% emulsio sulfuris. RESULTS The clinical efficacy of mupirocin ointment for the treatment of acne vulgaris corresponded to 5% emulsio sulfuris. Apparent ADRs were not found among fifty cases. CONCLUSION Mupirocin ointment is effective and safe external ointment to cure low-grade and middle-grade＇s acne vulgaris.
