摘要
研究进口 １０％过氧化苯甲酸乳膏治疗寻常痤疮的疗效和安全性，以国产 ５％过氧化苯甲酸凝胶作阳性对照，进行了随机对照平行试验。两药分别外用患处，每日２次，连续６周。结果：１０％过氧化苯甲酰与５％过氧化苯甲酰比较治疗寻常痤疮的治愈率和有效率分别为３０．２％， ８５．７％和１４％， ６２．８５（Ｐ＜０．０５）。两药的药物不良反应发生率分别为１７．２％和３３．０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示进口１０％过氧化苯甲酰治疗寻常痤疮、的疗效和安全性优于国产５％过氧化苯甲酰，也是一种安全有效治疗痤疮的外用药。
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 10% benzoyl peroxide cream in the treatment of acne vulgaris, a randomized, effective controlled clinical trial was performed. 63 patients were given 10% benzoyl peroxide cream (imported) and the other 43 patients were given 5% benzoyl peroxide gel (domestic product). Both drugs were used on the surface of the skin 2 times a day for 6 weeks. The results showed that the curative rates and total effective rates were 30.2%, 85.7% and 14%, 62.8% in two groups respectively. The effective rates were much higher for 10% benzoyl peroxide cream than 5% benzoyl Peroxide gel (P<0.05) The adverse reactions to both drugs were 17.2%, 33.0% respectively. The results suggest 10% benzoyl peroxide cream has a higher efficacy and safety than 5% benzoyl peroxide gel for the treatment of acne vulgaris.
