摘要
目的:观察复方痤疮微乳膏治疗重度痤疮的疗效与安全性。方法:门诊患者100例,经诊断符合Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度痤疮,签署知情同意书,根据参试者先前是否用过维A酸类药物治疗分成2个剂量组,给予复方痤疮微乳膏外涂患处。凡曾在美容院治疗或用其他药物治疗者为第1组,38例,给药剂量0.05～0.07g·cm-2;曾用维A酸类药物治疗者为第2组,62例,给药剂量0.08～0.1g·cm-2。每天1次,2周为1个疗程,3个疗程后判断疗效。结果:2个痤疮级别组的疗效差异无统计学意义:2个疗程中,Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度痤疮组的有效率分别为55.2%、52.4%(P>0.05);3个疗程中,Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度痤疮组的有效率分别为87.9%、81.0%(P>0.05)。2个剂量组的疗效差异有统计学意义:2个疗程中,第1组与第2组的有效率分别为26.3%、71.0%(P<0.001);3个疗程中,第1组与第2组的有效率分别为60.5%、100%(P<0.001)。疗效随疗程的增加而显著性提高,3个疗程的有效率(85.0%)显著高于2个疗程(54.0%)(P<0.001)。不良反应偶见皮肤脱屑、干燥和灼烧感。结论:复方痤疮微乳膏治疗各种类型的重度痤疮疗效显著,治愈率高、安全。
OBJECTIVE： To observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Compounds acne microemulsion in the treatment of severe acne. METHODS： 100 outpatients who had been diagnosed as Ⅲ and Ⅳ degree acne had been given consent forms. The patients who had received vitamin-A acid in advance or not were divided into 2 dosage groups and given Compounds acne microemulsion. First group consisted of 38 patients who had been previously treated in beauty parlors or with other medicine and the dose was 0.05～0.07 g·cm-2. Second group consisted of 62 patients who had previously used vitamin-A aoid and the dose was 0.08～0.1 g·cm-2. They were given medicine once a day, each course of therapy was 2 weeks. Therapeutic efficacies were evaluated after 3 treatment courses. RESULTS： There was no statistical significance in the difference of therapeutic efficacy between 2 degree acne groups. The effective rates of Ⅲand Ⅳ degree acne were 55.2% and 52.4% after 2 treatment courses （P0.05）; the effective rates of Ⅲand Ⅳ degree acne were 87.9% and 81.0% after 3 treatment courses （P0.05）. There was statistical significance in therapeutic efficacy between 2 dosage groups. The effective rates of first group and second group were 26.3% and 71.0% after 2 treatment courses （P0.001）, and those of them were 60.5% and 100% after 3 treatment courses （P0.001）; with the increase of treatment courses, therapeutic efficacy was improved significantly. The effective rate of 3 treatment courses （85.0%） was significantly higher than 2 treatment courses （54.0%） （P0.001）. Side effects included occasional skin desquamation, dryness of the skin, and slight skin burning sensation. CONCLUSION： Compound acne microemulsion is highly effective and safe for server acne with high cure rate.
