摘要
为合理利用高液限红粘土作路堤填料,针对其易开裂、可压实和水稳定性差等特点,开展了砂砾改良试验研究。对不同掺配比的砂砾-高液限红粘土混合料分别进行了物理力学性质指标测试和开裂模拟试验,分析了不同砂砾掺配率下的改良效果及原因,提出了以收缩开裂宽度、液塑限为指标确定最佳掺配率的方法。通过湖南省道S322线试验段的修筑,检验了砂砾改良方法的施工可行性和实际效果,并提出相应的施工工艺,为高液限红粘土路堤处治提供了具有实用价值的参考。
In order to use high liquid limit red clay as embankment fill and aiming at the characteristics of easy crack and poor compactablity and water-stability, the test and study on gravel-improving method are carried out. Physical and mechanical tests and crack simulation tests on the mixtures of gravel and red clay with different mixing ratio are conducted, and the effects and reasons of improvement are analyzed, then the method of determining the optimum gravel mixing ratio is put forward according to the crack width and Atterberg limits. The operation feasibility and practical effect are examined by building a trial embankment as a part of Jia-Ning Highway in Hunan Province, and the corresponding operation process is summarized. The study results provide a valuable reference for treating high liquid limit red clay embankment.
