摘要
为合理利用马巢高速公路不良泥岩填料,采用洒水崩解颗粒分析试验,研究不同风化程度和种类的泥岩崩解特性,结果表明:随着洒水频率和洒水天数的增加,强风化、弱风化泥岩颗粒崩解到适宜粒径范围所需要的时间越短,呈现良好的阶梯递减趋势;它们可通过自然条件或预崩解方式来满足路基颗粒要求,而微风化泥岩一定要机械破碎后方能使用。马巢高速泥岩普遍采用预崩解措施,节约了造价,改善了工程质量和验收水平。
In order to utilize undesirable mudstone filler rationally, save project cost, slaking cnaractensucs of mudstone with different weathering degree were researched by particle size analysis tests of watering slaking and free swelling ratio tests. The results showed that with the increase of watering frequency and watering days, the required time decrease that strong-weathered and weak-weathered mudstone slaking into suitable particle size range, and show a good ladder decreasing trend. They can meet particle require of subgrade filler through natural condition action or pre-slaking, but for slight-weathered mudstone, it should be crushed by machine and used as subgrade filler. Pre-slaking measure was adopted to deal with mudstone in Ma'anshan-Chaohu expressway, and it saved cost, improved the quality and acceptance level of engineering.
