激光熔覆及其在石油机械中的应用现状 被引量:7

摘要 阐述了目前国内外激光熔覆处理设备的发展状况、当前激光熔覆金属陶瓷涂层所常使用的涂层材料、激光涂层时所采取的主要方法及其工艺比较、熔覆区的组织特征及影响因素、硬度与耐磨性及其它表面性能的改善,概括叙述了激光涂层的主要技术特点以及在石油机械行业中的应用现状,指出了该技术在实际应用中所存在的问题并分析了原因。 To introduce the current application of equipment used in laser cladding both at home and abroad, we expound materials used in laser clad metal ceramic coatings, main methods adopted by laser clad and their comparison in technology, microstructural characteristics in clad region and their influential factors, improvement in hardness and resistance to wear as well as other surface properties. The major technological feature of laser cladding and its current application situation in oil machinery have been generally discussed. Moreover, some problems arising from practical application of the technique have been pointed out and their possible reasons have been analysed.
