摘要
真空激光熔覆避免了大气中有害气体对熔池的侵入,使熔覆层中的显微缺陷和开裂敏感性减小,提高了熔覆层的质量;并且真空熔覆的工艺特点与大气下的激光熔覆不完全相同;其它工艺条件相同时,真空激光熔覆的尺寸(宽度W和厚度H)明显小于大气下熔覆层的尺寸。
The laser cladding is a useful technique.But the application of laser cladding suffers from the serious defects of holes,crack and etc.This paper introduces the vacuum laser cladding and shows a vacuum laser cladding chamber.Comparison with air laser cladding(ALC),the width and depth of the clad layer in vacuum laser cladding is smaller,and the microstructure of the cladding layer is obviously better.
