摘要
目的探讨头颈部肿瘤病人放疗期间生活质量的变化。方法选取北京市1家综合医院，1家肿瘤专科医院行放疗的所有成年头颈部肿瘤病人84例，在放疗起始及放疗结束时采用欧洲癌症研究和治疗组织系统开发的癌症患者生命质量测定量表（EORCT QLQ—C30）对病人进行生活质量调查。结果放疗结束时，病人生活质量明显下降，放疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。生活质量各维度中，放疗结束后角色功能下降24分；社会功能下降24分；总体健康状况下降20分。疲倦评分升高36分；疼痛症状评分升高42分；睡眠障碍升高22分；没有食欲升高42分。结论头颈部肿瘤病人生活质量在放疗前后明显下降，应注意调整护理重点，减轻症状严重程度，帮助病人维持良好的生活质量。
Objective To explore the change of life quality of patients with tumors of head and neck during radiotherapy. Methods 84 adult patients with tumors of head and neck who underwent the radiotherapy in one general hospital and one cancer hospital were selected. Patients＇ quality of life was surveyed using EORCT QLQ-C30 developed by European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer at the beginning and completion of radiotherapy. Results Patients ＇ quality of life obviously decreased when the radiotherapy finished. The difference between before and after the radiotherapy had a statistical meaning （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Among each dimension, the role function, social function and general health status had a decrease of 24, 24 and 20 point in the score, respectively, The syndromes such as tiredness, pain, sleep disorders and anorexia significantly deteriorated, their scores had an increase of 36, 42, 22 and 42 point, respectively. Conclusions The quality of life of patients with tumors of head and neck obviously decreases before and after the radiotherapy. We should pay attention to adjusting the nursing emphasis, reducing the severe degree of syndrome, thereby helping the patients maintain the good quality of life.
