PET/CT与PET在病变定位诊断中的对照研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 比较PET CT与PET的定位诊断价值。方法 选择有全身不同部位病变的12 0例PET CT显像患者,男74例,女4 6例,年龄2 3~78岁,中位年龄5 4 6岁。包括头颈部病变30例,胸部病变4 0例,腹盆腔病变30例,骨骼病变2 0例。分析PET图像和PET CT融合图像,以准确定位、不能准确定位但不影响诊断、不能准确定位影响诊断3种标准评价PET和PET CT的定位能力。结果PET对病变的定位准确性为2 9 2 % ,总的不影响诊断的定位准确性为6 9 2 % ;PET CT对病变的定位准确性为86 7% ,总的不影响诊断的定位准确性为93 3% (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 PET CT在病变精确定位方面明显优于PET。 Objective To investigate the value of PET/CT and PET in localization of lesions. Methods 120 PET/CT cases with lesions in different organs were enrolled (74 males, 46 females, age 23~78 years, median 54.6 years), including 30 head and neck lesions, 40 chest lesions, 30 abdomen lesions and 20 skeleton lesions. The PET images and PET/CT images were analyzed separately on the criterion of accurate localization, not accurate localization but not influence final diagnosis and mis localization. Finally, the value of PET/CT and PET for localization was evaluated. Results The percentage of accurate localization of PET and PET/CT was 29.2% and 86.7% respectively. The percentage of not accurate localization but not influence final diagnosis in PET was 69.2%, and was 93.3% in PET/CT. Conclusion PET/CT is obviously superior to PET alone for accurate localization.
