摘要
目的通过分析头颈部癌症治疗功能评估调查问卷（FACT—H＆N中文版）的信度和效度，考察该量表在我国适用的科学性。方法使用调查问卷测评157例头颈肿瘤患者的生存质量，采用统计学方法进行问卷的信度和效度分析。结果调查问卷五个领域及三个模块的重测信度均在0．9以上（P〈0．001）；内部一致性信度的cron-bach’α值均在0．701～0．898；分半信度系数均在0．7以上；共性模块27个条目中提取了7个因子，累积方差贡献率达到68．91％；特异性模块11个条目提取了2个因子，累积方差贡献率达到58．62％。分别对两个模块变量进行系统聚类分析，结果与因子分析相吻合。结论FACT-H＆N中文版问卷具有较好的信度、效度，能够作为我国头颈肿瘤患者生存质量的评估工具。
Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of the functional assessment of cancer therapy - head and neck （ FACT - H＆N） so as to study the scientificness of the scale in China. Methods Totally 157 patients with head and neck cancer were surveyed by questionnaire on the quality of life. The results were statistically analyzed in order to assess the reliability and validity of FACT - H＆N. Results The α values of retest reliability in five areas and three modules were all over 0.9 （ P 〈0. 001 ） , the internal consistency reliability of all areas and three modules were 0. 701 -0. 898, the split - half reliability coefficient was above 0.7. Factor analysis of construction validity of FACT - H＆N showed that seven factors were extracted from 27 items and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 68.91%. Two factors were extracted from 11 items in specific module, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was over 58.62%. The results by using cluster analysis in the two modules were consistent with that by factor analysis. Conclusion The questionnaire of FACT - H＆N in Chinese version has good reliability and validity, and was suitable for assessing the quality of life of patients with head and neck cancer in China.
