摘要
目的:观察桂枝芍药知母汤对急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法:将86例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组,观察组57例,采用桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗,对照组29例,采用湿热痹冲剂治疗,均于治疗1个月后评定疗效。结果:治疗组较对照组2天内症状缓解率高(P<0.05),临床疗效相近(P>0.05),对血尿酸的改善作用相近(P>0.05),但对关节肿胀改善作用明显(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝芍药知母汤加减方能够迅速改善急性痛风性关节炎症状,同时具有良好的消肿作用。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of GUIZHISHUOYAOZHIMUTANC(GZSYZMT,a TCM composition)to cure acute gouty arthritis.Methods:86 cases of patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,group A(observe group,57 cases,treated with GZSYZMT)and group B(control group,29 cases,SHIREBICHONGJI(a TCM composition)used).They were evaluated curative effect one month later.Result:On symptomatic relief ratio during 2 days,group A was super to group B(P<0.05),they were similar on clinically cura tive effect(P>0.05).On arthrocele improving,group A was stronger(P<0.05),and they were close to each other on improving conditions of blood uric acid(P>0.05).Conclusion:GZSYZMT could improve quickly symptoms of acute gouty arthritis,and had favourable function of de-tumescence.
