摘要
目的:为普及提高严重烧伤病人再生疗法的营养支持的知识,提高治疗水平。方法:通过回顾分析,阐述营养支持疗法的进展,重点论述胃肠道营养。结果:掌握必要的营养支持疗法的治疗手段,早期胃肠道内营养优于延迟营养。结论:经胃肠道营养是严重烧伤病人再生疗法营养支持的主要途径,强调伤后尽早胃肠道营养,选择顺应生命的营养成分,可以获得最佳效果。
Objective：To popularize and improve the knowledge of nutritional support to severely burned patientS regenerative therapy, meanwhile, to improve level of the treatment of burn. Methods ：To explain the progression of nutritional support treatment through retrospective analysis especially focusing on enteral nutrition. Results： Grasp the therapeutic tool for nutritional support therapy,that is early gastrointestinal tract nutrition outweigh delay nutrition. Conclusion： Enteral nutrition is a major route of regenerative therapy nutritional support for serious bum patients and it would obtain the best effect to emphasize Gastrointestinal tract nutrition as soon as possible and elect nutritional ingredients accustomizing life
