摘要
目的:为普及提高严重烧伤病人再生疗法的营养支持的知识,提高治疗水平。方法:通过回顾总结分析法阐述营养支持疗法的进展,重点论述胃肠道营养。结果:掌握必要的营养支持疗法的治疗手段,早期胃肠道内营养优于延迟营养。结论:经胃肠道营养是严重烧伤病人再生疗法营养支持的主要途径,强调伤后尽早胃肠道营养、选择顺应生命的营养成份,可以获得最佳效果。
Objective： To publicize the knowledge of nutrition support treatment in treating severely burned patients with regenerative therapy and promote the level of the treatment. Method.. A review of the progress in nutrition support treatment in the application of regenerative therapy was made focusing on gastrointestinal nutrition support. Result： This will help the doctors to grasp the knowledge and the method of nutrition support. Early and timely application of intra - intestinal nutrition support is better than delayed. Conclusion： Intra - intestinal nutrition support is the main path of nutrition support in treating severely burned patients with regenerative therapy and is the best way to get best results.
