摘要
目的:探讨蜈蚣三七提取物对胶原性关节炎(CIA)小鼠的免疫作用机理。方法:建立Ⅱ型胶原诱导的类风湿性关节炎小鼠模型,观察蜈蚣三七提取物对外周血中与T细胞活化、增殖及凋亡有关的一系列CD分子的影响,采用流式细胞术检测其阳性细胞百分率。结果:蜈蚣三七组可明显降低CD4、CD2、CD25和CD106的表达水平,与模型组比较有显著性差异;可明显提高Fas和CTLA-4的表达,与模型组比较有显著性差异。结论:蜈蚣三七提取物具有多个作用靶点,在防治CIA中发挥免疫调节的作用。
Objective： To investigate the immune mechanisms for Wugong Sanqi extract from Anemoneflaccida Fr. Schmidt against collagen Ⅱ-induced arthritis （CIA） in mouse.Methods： CIA model in mice was established and the effects of Wugong Sanqi extract on CD antigen related with the activation,multiplication and apoptosis of T cells in whole blood were observed. The presence of CD molecules on the T cells as mesured by flow cytomety. Results： The expressing levels of CD4, CD2, CD25 and CD106 decreased markedly and the expression of Fas and CTLA-4 were significantly increased in the group with Wugong Sanqi when compared to the group of model control. Conclusion： Wugong Sanqi extract has multi-target and immune regulative effects on treatment for CIA.
