摘要
目的:观察液氮冷冻联合得宝松局封治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法:选取瘢痕疙瘩180块,采用随机方法等分至治疗组(液氮冷冻联合得宝松局封)、对照A组(单用得宝松局封)及对照B组(单用液氮冷冻)。结果:治疗组痊愈率为63.3%,有效率为90.0%;对照A组的痊愈率和有效率分别为48.3%、76.6%;对照B组的痊愈率和有效率分别为31.7%、63.4%,治疗组的痊愈率和有效率明显优于两对照组(P<0.01)。结论:液氮冷冻联合得宝松局封治疗瘢痕疙瘩有较好的疗效。
Aim： To evaluate the combined effect of cryotherapy with intralesional diprospan injection in lesions. Methods： One hundred and eighty lesions were chosen, randomly divided into three groups and treated with different modalities. Results： The keloids responded significantly better to combined cryotherapy and intralesional diprospan injection vs diprospan, alone or cryotherapy alone（P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Combined cryotherapy and intralesional diprospan injection appears to be superior to other modalities.
