摘要
目的:观察手术切除术后早期放疗治疗瘢痕疙瘩的中长期疗效。方法:对61例患者的72处皮损采取手术切除,术后2h内、第5天、第9天分别对手术部位行放射治疗后随访6年。结果:61例患者72处皮损随访6年,痊愈率93.06%,有效率98.61%。结论:手术切除联合术后早期放疗是治疗瘢痕疙瘩有效、安全的方法。
Objective To observe the mid-to-long term clinical effects of treating keloid with combination of surgical operation and early radiation. Methods 72 lesions of 61 patients were received surgical operation, then radiation therapy in 24 hours,5 days and 9 days after operation,and then 6 years follow-up. Results The cure rate was 93.06% and the effective rate was 98.61% after 6 years follow-up. Conclusion Treating keloid with combination of surgical operation and early radiation is one of the effective and safe methods.
