摘要
采用石油焦碳粉为原料,代替SiC-C粉的混合配料,制备反应烧结SiC陶瓷(ReactionBondedSiliconCarbide,简称RBSC)。考察了渗入反应烧结SiC高致密化烧结机理,发现使用超细碳粉成坯,通过采取一定的工艺措施,控制生坯的碳和气孔的分布状况,可以制备与常规RBSC性能一致的材料。
The powder of petroleum coke was used as substitution of the mixture of SiC and C powder to produce reaction bonded silicon carbide (RBSC) ceramic.The bonded mechanism of high density of infilerated reaction bonded SiC was discussed.The results showed that the materials with the same properties of conventional RBSC could be got by using the ultrafine carbon particles for green body and by controling the distribution of carbon and pore of the green body through some technique methods.
