摘要
目的改进文献小牛胸腺肽生产工艺.方法将文献工艺中反复冻融步骤前改为匀浆液调pH至3.5,反复冻融,然后调pH至中性.结果新工艺平均蛋白质含量为7.27mg·mL-1,E-玫瑰花结增加率平均值为69.5%,平均收率为6.23g·kg-1.结论改进后的酸性匀浆液冻融提取法,工艺产量高、产品活性强、成本低,提高了经济效益.
OBJECTIVE To improve literature extraction process of calf thymus peptide. METHODS We changed the literature process of freeze thawing repeatedly step as follow ：adjust homogenate pH to 3.5, then freeze thawing repeatedly,and then adjust pH to neutral. RESULTS The average protein content was 7.27mg · mL^-1 , E-roset increase rate was 69. 5%, average recovery was 6.23g · kg^-1. CONCLUSION The new production process had high yield,low cost and the thymic peptide extracted had high activity.
