摘要
随着奶牛业的迅速发展,乳公犊数量也相应急增,其资源的开发利用是值得研究和关注的问题。就乳公犊通过育肥生产优质牛肉、血清,其脏器利用及牛皮开发等方面的综合利用进行了阐述。
The development and utilization of dairy bull calves resources worth academic concern and research along with the rapid development of dairy and the increasing of dairy bull calves in recent years. The paper reviewed the high-quality beef and bovine serum production by fattening of dairy bull calves, the integrated utilization of organs and development of hide leathers.
