摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定丽炎清颗粒中虎杖苷的含量。方法:Kromasil-C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm ),以乙腈-水(15:85)为流动相,检测波长306 nm,柱温35℃,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:虎杖苷的线性范围为3.2～76.8μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 8),平均回收率98.6%,RSD=1.84%。结论:本法简便灵敏,准确可靠,可用于丽炎清颗粒的质量控制。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of polydatin in Liyanqing granule. Method ： The Kromasil, C18 column （ 150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used at 35 ℃ ; The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （ 15 ： 85 ） ; The detection wavelength was 306 nm;The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result： The peak of polydatin was completely separated from the nearby peaks. The line-ar range of polydatin was 3.2 - 76.8 μg·ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 8 ）. The average recovery of polydatin in the preparation was 98.6% with RSD 1.84%. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Liyanqing granule.
