摘要
目的:建立HPLC同时测定口炎清颗粒中7个有机酸(新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸及4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸)含量的方法。方法:采用AkzoNobel Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温30℃,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长326 nm。结果:7个成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3%,加样回收率为97.75%~99.33%。结论:该方法可用于口炎清颗粒多指标质量控制。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 7 organic acids(neochlo- rogenic acid, chlorogenie acid, eryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, 3,4 - dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,5 - dicaffeoylquin- ic acid and 4,5 - dieaffeoylquinic acid) in Kouyanqing granules. Methods:The chromatographic separation was per- formed on a AkzoNobel Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm)column, the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. A gradient elution of acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was adopted at the flow rate of 1 mL . min-1. The UV detection wavelength was 326 nm. Results:All the 7 compounds showed good linearity in the range of the test concentration. The RSDs of the precision, reproducibility and stability tests were less than 3%, the average recoveries of them were in the range of 97.75% -99.33 %. Conclusion:The method can be applied for the multi - indictor quality control of Kouyanqing granules.
