摘要
为了明确β-1,3-葡聚糖酶与大豆抗疫霉根腐病的关系,测定了大豆叶片β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的活性和对疫霉菌的抑菌作用,结果表明,在接种大豆疫霉菌后48h β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性达到峰值,利用接种48h提取的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶粗酶液进行抑菌试验,发现β-1,3-葡聚糖酶粗酶液对大豆疫霉菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发有明显的抑制作用。
To realize the relationship between β-1,3-glucanase and the resistance of Phytophthora root rot of soybean, soybean were in- oculated by Phythophthora sojae, then the activities of β-1,3-glucanase and inhibition to Phythophthora sojae were detected. The results showed that: After inoculating leaves, β-1,3-glucanase activity reached the peak at 48 hour, with the peak activity on Phytophthora sojae mycelia growth and spore germination determination, indicate that β-1,3-glucanase had direct inhibition to mycelia growth and the spore germination.
