摘要
实验研究了垃圾焚烧飞灰水洗过程去氯效果,探讨了液固比、过程水水质、药剂的加入以及溶出时间对飞灰中氯及氯盐溶出的影响,并进一步研究了残氯的高温挥发特性。结果表明:与水洗相关的过程在液固比(L/S)为3时可以除去飞灰中85%以上的总氯;提高液固比还可提高氯的去除量。飞灰中的残氯在高温下大量挥发,剩余的氯稳定在0.9%~1.7%。
Removal efficiency of chlorine in waste incineration fly ash was studied through washing process. Factors influencing removal of chlorine and chlorides such as liquid-to-solid ratio (L/S), quality of process water, chemical addition and dissolution time were investigated. Also high temperature volatilization of residual chloride in the treated fly ash was tested. The results showed that more than 85% of total chlorine in fly ash was washed out with L/S=3, and increased L/S value would increase removal efficiency of chlorine. Residual chlorine in treated fly ash had evident volatility at high temperature, and residual chlorine was kept at 0. 9%-1.7%.
