摘要
介绍了由磷石膏制硫酸钾的新工艺 :磷石膏与碳酸氢铵在 5 - 30℃下反应 ,得硫酸铵溶液 ,该溶液与氯化钾在 30℃左右反应 ,并添加一种有机溶剂 ,得硫酸钾。低温反应的优点是所得物料便于固液分离 ,节省加热蒸汽 ,减少氨挥发。添加某种有机溶剂降低了硫酸钾在体系中的溶解度 ,使硫酸钾收率提高到 90 %。此外 ,采用多釜串联连续反应装置 ,既提高了设备的生产强度 。
A new process for producing potassium sulfate from phosphogypsum is described.Phosphogypsum reacts with ammonium hydrocarbonate at 5-30℃ to obtain ammonium sulfate solution,then the solution reacts with potassium chloride at 30℃ with adding an organic solvent to produce potassium sulfate.Low reaction temperature has the advantages of easy separation of solid from liquid for the obtained material,saving heating steam and reducing ammonia volatilization.Adding an organic solvent can decrease the solubility of potassium sulfate in the system and increase the product yield to 90%. In addition,the continuous operation of multiple reactors in series can not only increase the productive capacity of the equipment,but also stabilize the process conditions and product quality.
