对海水中残氯监测样品的前处理

摘要 核电站排放的冷却水含有的残余氯,其化学性质活泼,降解迅速,给测定带来了较大的负偏差。本文报告了邻联甲苯胺分光光度法测定残余氯的改进方法。采集的海水样品立即过滤、进行显色反应,再立即0℃冷冻储存。24h以内在实验室测试完毕,使方法具有应有的准确度。 Since the atomic chlorine has active chemical properties, and the content of residual chlorine in outfall cooling water of a nuclear power station is decreased quickly, its determination results have much more negative deviation. This paper introduces the improvements of the orthotolidine spetrophotometric method. After sampling, the sea water samples must be filtered, made color-reaction, and stored at 0℃ immediately. Then the samples are determined in 24h in the lab. The experiment result shows that this method has its proper precision.
