摘要
本文着重分析了我国技术标准的管理机制与运行机制所存在的问题，指出以上问题产生的主要原因，并在此基础上提出相关的政策建议，主要为应从标准化法规政策的制修订、国家科技创新体系建设、政府与行业组织及企业的定期协商机制等方面提升我国标准研究与制订的能力。
This article analyzes the causes and facts of the existing problems in the management and operation mechanisms of technical standard in China, and puts forward policy proposals that we should improve our standard researching and setting capabilities through laying down regulations and laws, establishing the scientific and technological innovation system and regular consultation mechanism between government, industrial organizations and companies.
