摘要
作者分析指出卫生行政执法机关应该在卫生执法原则"企业自律,行业管理,政府监管,社会监督"的大前提指引下,在卫生标准制定到贯彻落实的各环节采取一些有效的管理措施,使卫生标准在卫生行政管理过程中发挥更大作用。
Health standard is the main part of health law system, an important technical basis for health care, the important achievements of science and technology, the basis and core of administrative control of health law enforcement. After years of development, China＇ s health standard system has already begun to take shape, but many of the problems still exist in the application of standard at different aspects. Therefore, the health administration of law en- forcement agencies should act under the principle of ＇ Corporate self-discipline, industry management, government su- pervision, social supervision＇. Under the guidance of the development of health standards, some effective measures should be taken in the implementation of the standards, and health standard will play a more important role.
