摘要
采用Na2CO3、Na2SiO3、油酸及明矾等常规浮选药剂,对某萤石矿进行了磁处理浮选试验研究.结果表明,该工艺可减化萤石与石英分离的浮选流程结构,强化对石英的抑制,提高萤石浮选降硅效果.采用表面动电位()分析、浮选泡沫特性分析等方法研究了该工艺提高萤石与石英分离功效的作用机理.
The study on magnetization treatment flotation test of fluorite has been carriedout by adopting common flotation chemical reagents of Na2CO3, Na,2SiO3 oleic acidalum and so on. The results showed that the technique can simplify flotation circuitconstruct of separation fluorite from quartz, and strength depress of quartz, andimprove effect of separation fluorite from quartz. The action machanism has beendiscussed, which will improve separtation effect of fluorite from quartz.
