摘要
某铅锌浮选尾矿中伴生萤石质量分数为18.84%,主要脉石矿物为石英、方解石等,为回收该尾矿中的萤石,进行了详细的选矿试验研究。常温条件下,以碳酸钠为调整剂,水玻璃、硫酸铝和腐植酸钠为脉石矿物的抑制剂,油酸和731作为组合捕收剂,采用2次粗选8次精选的闭路浮选流程,最终得到CaF_2品位为96.18%,回收率为69.63%的优质萤石精矿。
A lead-zinc flotation tailings in western Yunnan province contains associated fluorite being 18.84%in content with its main gangue minerals consisting of quartz and calcite.A detailed flotation test study was carried out to recover fluorite from the tailings.At normal temperature,test was conducted with sodium carbonate as regulator,water glass,aluminum sul-fate and sodium humate as depressors,oleic acid and 731 as combined collectors in a closed circuit flotation flowsheet of 2-roug-hing and 8-cleaning to produce a fluorite concentrate product in high quality with CaF296.18%grade and 69.63%recovery.
