摘要
简要回顾了美国多式联运规划的发展历程,对多式联运规划概念进行界定,然后从运输规划的责任主体、规划内容及程序要求和参与机制这三个角度简要讨论了美国的多式联运规划制度安排,指出我国应学习借鉴美国的经验,尽早开展多式联运规划领域的研究。
The paper reviews the development of inter-modal transportation planning in America, defines the inter-modal transportation planning and discusses the institution of inter-modal transportation planning and the enlightenment to us.
