摘要
采用“一桥两测”技术，以微机为核心设计了扩散硅压力传感器的自动测试补偿系统。
This paper introduces an automatic test and compensation system of diffusion silicon pressure sensor,this system uses the technology of 'One Bridge Two Tests' and micro-computer,its software has been finished.
