摘要
分析了工科硕士研究生就业难的各种原因,提出研究生的培养要坚持既能"上"也能"下"的方针,不仅要重视科研能力培养,也要加强实践能力锻炼,并强调在工科硕士研究生的培养工作中还应重视导师队伍建设、就业指导工作、德育教育.
Diverse reasons why engineering postgraduate are difficult to be employed are analyzed. It is put forward that flexible cultivation of postgraduates should be followed. Scientific research ability should be emphasized and the practice ability should be strengthened. It is stressed that it is necessary to focus on the construction of tutors team, career guidance and moral education etc. in the cultivation process of engineering postgraduates.
