摘要 研究了金属—橡胶硫化粘接复合体的剥离行为,考察了被粘橡胶配方中炭黑品级及其填充量对粘合试样双向180°剥离性能的影响.结果表明:同一试样的双向剥离强度的差异与炭黑的结构性及补强性相对应,且其剥离行为的异性程度与补强炭黑的填充量成正相关性. Peeling behaviour of metal-to-rubber bonded comPOsite in vulcanization was investigated.Thc effect of different grades of carbon black and its loading in bonded rubber compounding on the double oriented 180°peel property of the same adhesion sample was examined. The results indicated that the difference of the double oriented 180° peel strength of the same bonding body was corresponding to the structure and reinforcing property of the filled carbon black,and the anisotropic degree of above mentioned Peel behaviour was positively correlative to loadings for the same type of reinforcing agent.
