摘要
提出了一种基于AutoCAD的模块化设计方法,并对自动编程系统开发的关键技术进行了研究,包括图形数据的采集,加工模具的选择,加工路径的优化处理以及NC代码的生成等自动编程的一系列过程。研究了仿真模块的总体结构方案,实现了基于AutoCAD的二维动态仿真。实践生产证明,基于AutoCAD的数控冲床自动编程系统能够满足实际生产的需要,能够有效提高数控冲压加工的生产效率和安全性。
A modular design method based on AutoCAD was presented, and the crucial technologies of the automatic program- ming system, including gathering the graph data, choosing the processing mould automatically, the optimization of processing route and generating the NC codes were studied. The overall structure of simulation modular was studied, and the 2 dimension dynamic simulation based on AutoCAD was realized. The practicing indicates that the NC punching automatic programming system based on AutoCAD can satisfy the needs of actual production and raise the security and the efficiency of NC punching.
