摘要
提出了一种新型的数控冲床自动编程系统的模块化设计方法。从对自动编程系统的功能要求出发,给出了系统结构图和系统工作的流程图,并对各模块的功能进行了介绍,详细分析了DXF文件模型的建立、步冲步距的确定、NC代码转换等主要模块设计时需注意的基本问题。
Introduced a punching machine.Basing on new method of modular design about automatic program system of NC the request of automatic programming system, this paper put forward the structure chart and the flow chart of this system and introduced main function of all block.Particularly, the basic program of this system had been discussed ,such as how to establish the DXF file model, how to ascertain pace distance of nibbling and how to convert NC code.
