摘要
孔群加工路径规划对于提高多孔类零件的加工效率和质量具有重要意义。通过对多点位加工优化和工序优化方法的研究,针对孔群在尺寸、形状、分布位置等特点上的不同,合理地选择加工路径规划方法。通过实例验证此优化方法在孔群加工中明显提高了数控加工的效率、降低了加工成本。
Holes machining path planning is significant to improve the machining effciency and quality of multi - hole part s. Through the studies on multipoint machining optimization and working procedure methods,holes machining path planning methods are chosen reasonablly according to differences in dimension, shape, and distribution of holes ,etc. Using an example, the dominancy of the present optimization method is testified in improving the efficiency of NC machining and cutting manufacture cost.
