摘要
创建高职教育特色,培养学生就业优势,是高职教育的核心所在,也是业界人士正在积极探索和实践的课题。论述了高职教育特色的几个构建要素,阐明了高职教育要彻底转变教育教学观念,准确定位高职教育发展目标。提出了高职教育要树立立德树人和培养学生终身学习的理念,积极创建开放性和职业性教育模式等改革创新思路。实现强化学生技术应用能力的培养和综合素质的提高,真正构建出高职教育特色的目标。
The core and task of higher vocational education is to create education features and promote students＇ employment. In this paper, the author elaborates the features and development targets of higher vocational education. The author also points out that we should foster students to study all life, set up innovative and vocational education model in higher vocational education. Only by enhancing students＇ vocational practical ability and integrative quality can we fulfill the goal of creating features of higher vocational education.
