摘要
本文把原有的直线行波电机改制成一种直线式具有自校正功能的超声步进电机,讨论了该电机的驱动理论和步进定位理论,分析了弹性体滑块在驻波钢梁上的受力过程,给出了电机在步进定位阶段滑决所经恢复力的近似解析表达式,并用实验的方法进行了验证,理论计算与实验结果基本符合.
Abstract: The theories of a new type of linear ultrasonic stepping motor's drive and self-correcting positioning were discussed. The forced progress of an elastic body slider on a stationary steel beam was analyzed. The expression of the restoring force of the slider at the motor's self-correcting stage was given. These theories have been examined by means of experiment. The calculated result was basically consistent with the experimental one.
