摘要
自校正超声步进马达是一种新型马达 ,文章介绍了这种马达的基本原理 ,并给出了几个具体的例子。文中还探讨了目前这方面研究中存在的问题及发展趋势。
s: This paper dea ls with the ultrasonic stepping motor wi th self-correction function.The basic pr inciple of such motor was described.And some design examples were presented here .The last part of this paper discusses t he existent problems and the foreground of such research field.
