摘要
针对所设计的一台驻波型直线超声电机,利用分析动力学的Lagrange方程,采用振型假定法建立定子的机电耦合模型。运用该模型可以计算出该超声电机定子在特定模态下的模态质量、模态刚度等参数。利用ANSYS计算结果对该模型的计算结果进行了验证,并给出了实际电机定子的频率值。结合电机的摩擦模型,可预估出电机的性能,可实现该类型电机的设计、仿真一体化。
This paper used modal assumption method to build the stator's electro-mechanical dynamic model of a linear ultrasonic motor made by authors, based on Lagrange equation. It can calculate the modal mass, modal stiffness, natural frequency and the force factor. Some corresponding analysis and validation were done by the ANSYS package. If this electro-mechanical dynamic model combined with friction model, we can estimate the performance of motor, realize the design, simulation completely by computer.
