摘要
目的研究小儿咳喘舒颗粒镇咳平喘作用的药效学机制.方法用组胺-乙酰胆碱喷雾引喘法观察对引喘潜伏期的影响,用离体气管试验观察对乙酰胆碱致支气管痉挛的对抗作用,用SO2引咳试验观察止咳作用,用小鼠炭粒廓清率试验观察对小鼠免疫功能的影响.结果小儿咳喘舒颗粒可明显延长组胺-乙酰胆碱引喘的潜伏期、明显松弛乙酰胆碱致豚鼠离体气管平滑肌痉挛、显著降低SO2引咳咳嗽次数、并提高小鼠炭粒廓清率.结论小儿咳喘舒颗粒有良好的镇咳、平喘、增强免疫功能的作用.
OBJECTIVE Study on pharmacodynamics mechanism of Xiaoer Keehuanshu Granules. METHODS Using bronchial spastic asthma histamine and acetylcholine spray test, isolated trachea test, SO2 caused cough test and charcoal particles clearance rate test to observe effect on asthma delitescence in cony pig, isolated trachea in mouse, relieving cough of mouse,immune function of mouse respectively. RESULTS Xiaoer Kechuanshu Granules can obviously lengthen delitescence of asthma caused by histamine and acetylcholine,loosen tracheal smooth muscle spasm,decrease cough time caused by SO2 ,and increase clearance rate. CONCLUSION Xiaoer Kechuanshu Granules can efficiently relieving cough and asthma, enhance immune function.
