摘要
目的研究祛痤胶囊治疗痤疮的药效学机制。方法研究祛痤胶囊对巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿、丙酸杆菌致大鼠耳廓痤疮模型的影响,及常见皮肤致病菌的影响。结果祛痤胶囊可显著抑制巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀度,能明显抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成,可显著降低大鼠耳廓痤疮模型的肿胀率和病理改变,对常见的皮肤致病菌有显著的抑菌作用。结论祛痤胶囊有显著的抗炎、抗菌作用,可显著抑制痤疮模型的肿胀率和病理改变。
OBJECTIVE Research on acne mechanism of Qucuo Capsules. METHODS Research Qucuo Capsules of croton oil induced mouse ear swelling effects on rat cotton ball granuloma influence on the common skin bacteria influence on the auricle of Propionibacterium acnes rat model induced by the impact. RESULTS： Qucuo Capsules could significantly inhibit croton oil induced mouse ear swelling,cotton rats can significantly inhibit the formation of granuloma,a common skin bacteria significant inhibitory effect can significantly reduce the rat model auricle Acne the swelling rate and pathological changes. CONCLUSION Qucuo Capsules have significant anti-inflammatory, antibacterial activity, could significantly inhibit acne model swelling rate and pathological changes.
