摘要
通过数值模拟技术,分析了在有拉延筋和无拉延筋情况下不同板厚差和不同强度组合对拼焊板盒形件成形性的影响,试验结果表明:薄板与厚板比值大于0.5,强度比值大于3.0,拼焊板的成形极限基本趋于稳定。同时分析了拉延筋对焊缝移动量的影响,拉延筋能减少焊缝的移动量,并提出了一种减少焊缝移动的新方法,在汽车覆盖件前地板的实际生产中得到应用和证实。
The effects of different strength and different thickness combinations of tailor-welded blank (TWB) on their formability under conditions of both with and without bead are simulated by finite element analysis. The results show that when the thickness ratio is more than 0. 5 or the strength ratio is bigger than 3.0, the forming limit tends to be stable; and the movement of weld-line is reduced with the presence of draw bead on die. Accordingly an approach is proposed to reduce the displacement of weld-line, which is applied and verified in the real production of the front floor panel.
