摘要
提出了一种以动态显式有限元为解算器 ,并采用遗传算法对矩形板激光弯曲成形工艺参数进行优化设计的方法。介绍了根据拟成形角度 ,制定板料激光弯曲成形工艺参数的过程 ,并通过一算例公布了一组优化的工艺参数。
Using explicit dynamic FEM as a solver,process parameter optimization design on laser bending of rectangular sheet metals was conducted with genetic algorithms (GA).The course of formulating process parameters of laser bending of sheet metals through the intended bending angle,is introduced particularly.An optimized group of process parameters are shown with one example.
