摘要
综述了近年来食品中农药前处理方法的研究进展。近年来由于农药的大量使用致使食品的农药残留问题备受关注,提高农药残留分析检测技术是解决农药残留问题的重要手段。
The progress on sample preparation techniques for analysis of the pesticide residues in food was reviewed. Nowadays pesticide residues in foods were receiving more and more attention due to the vast use of pesticides. To improve the technique of pesticide residue determination was an important means to assay pesticide residue.
