摘要
本文引进FDSL模式,从卫生结构、投入规模和产出功能三大方面建立起一个卫生综合评价体系,提出了综合卫生实力的概念。
FDSL model is introduced in this paper. A comprehensive health strength evaluation system is established based on the health architecture, expenditure and productivity. The concept of comprehensive health strength is suggested.
